Financial Education Excellence

Building Real Partnerships That Matter

We work alongside organisations who understand that financial management isn't about quick fixes. It's about creating systems that actually support people and strengthen communication across teams.

Working With Educational Institutions

Since early 2024, we've partnered with colleges across the Southeast to develop programmes that make financial literacy accessible. Not just theory — but practical frameworks students can use when they're managing budgets for the first time.

These partnerships evolved because traditional finance courses weren't addressing the communication gap. Students understood numbers but couldn't explain decisions to stakeholders. We built workshops around that challenge, and the feedback shaped our entire approach to partner collaboration.

Our autumn 2025 intake will expand these programmes to include workplace placement preparation, helping students transition from classroom concepts to actual finance department environments.

Rhiannon Kelsall

Rhiannon joined us in spring 2023 after spending eight years coordinating corporate training programmes. She saw how often finance training missed the mark — too theoretical, not enough focus on the human side of managing money and communicating decisions.

She works directly with partner organisations to understand what skills their teams actually need. That might mean custom workshops on presenting budget proposals, or it could be ongoing support for finance managers learning to communicate more effectively with non-finance departments.

Her approach is straightforward: listen first, build programmes around real challenges, then adjust based on what's working. No generic solutions. Every partnership looks different because every organisation faces different communication barriers.

How We Approach Partnerships

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all programmes. Each partnership starts with understanding what communication challenges your organisation faces around financial management.

01

Discovery Conversations

We start with honest discussions about where communication breaks down. Maybe it's between finance teams and operational managers. Or perhaps it's about helping staff understand budget constraints without creating resistance.

02

Custom Programme Design

Based on those conversations, we build workshops or training sessions that address your specific challenges. This isn't about generic finance education — it's about improving how your teams communicate around money decisions.

03

Ongoing Support

After initial training, we stay available. Questions come up as teams implement new communication approaches. We provide follow-up sessions, additional resources, and adjustments to programmes based on real feedback from your staff.
